allbooked ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use allbooked:
- Email address — used to create and manage your account
- Holiday and booking data — trips, itinerary steps, dates, costs, notes, packing lists, and memories you choose to store in the app
- Emails you forward — when you forward booking confirmations to your allbooked email address, we process the content to extract booking details
- Photos you scan — when you use the scan feature, images are processed to extract booking information and are not stored permanently
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the allbooked service
- To sync your data across devices
- To enable holiday sharing with travel companions you invite
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate allbooked:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Resend — email processing for forwarded booking confirmations
- RevenueCat — subscription management (Pro plan)
- Anthropic Claude API — used to extract booking details from scanned photos and forwarded emails
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@allbooked.app.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability

7. Children's Privacy
allbooked is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
